No. You can start extracting contacts immediately without signing up. Creating an account lets you save contacts to the cloud and access them across devices.
For PDF documents and images, each page or image counts as one extraction (up to 50 contacts per page). For text input, every 2,000 characters counts as one extraction. For data files (CSV, Excel) with column headers, every 500 records counts as one extraction. Files without headers and text input are limited to 100,000 words.
Limits reset automatically 30 days after your first extraction of the cycle.
Yes. Files are processed in memory and not stored on our servers. Extracted contact data is only kept for your active session unless you explicitly save it to your account.
