By accessing or using ContactBlitz ("the Service"), operated by ContactBlitz ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
ContactBlitz is a web-based application that extracts structured contact information from uploaded images, documents, and spreadsheets using optical character recognition (OCR) and artificial intelligence. The Service provides tools to organize, export, and print extracted contact data.
Some features of the Service require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and promptly update it if it changes.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded files or extracted data.
Uploaded files are processed in memory and are not permanently stored on our servers unless you explicitly save extracted contacts to your account. For details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the applicable rate. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
The free tier is subject to usage limits as described on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits at any time with reasonable notice.
The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by ContactBlitz and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that contact extraction will be 100% accurate or error-free. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of extracted data before relying on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContactBlitz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the application settings.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
