My file upload isn't working

Make sure your file is a supported format (JPG, PNG, WebP, PDF, DOCX, XLSX, or CSV) and under 4MB. If you're uploading a PDF, ensure it's not password-protected.

Extracted contacts have incorrect data

Extraction accuracy depends on image quality and document formatting. For best results, use clear, well-lit photos with legible text. You can edit any extracted contact directly in the app before saving or exporting.

I hit my monthly limit

Free accounts are limited to 5 extractions and 15 contacts per month. Limits reset 30 days after your first extraction of the cycle. Upgrade to a paid plan for higher limits.

I need to delete my account

You can delete your account and all associated data from the account settings in the app. If you need assistance, email us at support@contactblitz.com.

I need a refund

Contact us at support@contactblitz.com with your account email and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
